Key Responsibilities

Manage all daily residential operations (i. e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)

Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities

Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician

Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment

Requirements

High School diploma or GED required.

Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred

If in recovery, a minimum one

year period of sustained sobriety is required.
