About the Role
Join Vertis Therapy as a Lead Therapist – Full or Part Time, Leadership Role in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures that rehabilitation services are provided in compliance with Vertis and facility policies and procedures; State, Federal, and professional organization regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Coordinates resident screening (PT/OT/SLP) programs.
- Serves as advocate for meeting the rehabilitation needs of residents.
- Coordinates attendance at care plan and departmental meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications/Requirements Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Current license/certification in the state of Indiana.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation setting serving the same age/type of patient population served by this facility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
