Join PACS as a Physical Therapist Assistant – Part-Time in United States. Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Part-Time Sequoia Transitional Care – Porterville, CA Pay Range: $40.00 – $45.

Key Responsibilities

• Every effort has been made to identify the essential functions of this position; however, this does not imply that these are the only duties you will be required to perform.

• Treat patients as directed by the Physical Therapist.

• Provide therapy services in accordance with physician treatment plans.

• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per PT Board and facility guidelines.

Requirements

• This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

• Qualifications Education and/or Experience Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required.

• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems such as Casamba and PointClickCare preferred.

• Salary: $40 - $45/hr
