Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
- Successful completion of an ACGME‑accredited residency program in Neurology
- Board‑Eligible or Board‑Certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)
- Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Florida
