Key Responsibilities

• will be responsible for screening, assessing, prioritizing, and providing the nutrition care plan for patients and families, which may be specific to a disease entity, but which also encompasses the entire continuum of care – hospital, clinic, and the community.

• provide primary care, specialty care, urgent care, emergency care, community health services, foster and ado.

• provide effective coaching to team members.

• provide kids and their families a wide range of care and support - everything from routine care for ear ache.

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian

• Commission on Dietetic Registration within 90 Days required License Certified Dietitian (29)

• State of Wisconsin, RD

• Commission on Dietetic Registration Dedicated solely to the health and well

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
