About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the assessment and planning of individual treatment programs for patients, consulting with relevant staff members as needed.
- Implement individualized treatment programs as directed by Health Care Practitioner, administering medications and obtaining diagnostic tests in accordance with orders and protocols.
- Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols, including proper safety techniques, procedures and standard precautions.
- Respond to patient crises as set forth by site policy and procedure, and assist Health Care Practitioner in medical procedures as necessary.
Requirements
- & Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Experience Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience Licenses/Certifications Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
