Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the evaluating preparing and dispensing of medications; verifies prescribed medications according to professional standards, facility procedures, and state and federal legal.

Requirements

• Location: Onsite; hybrid options may be available based on experience and business needs.

• When possible, performs medication reconciliation processes to extend a seamless continuum of care for patients upon discharge.

• Ensures and behaves with a focus on excellent customer service and clinical care.
