About the Role
Join Behavioral Health Works as a Hybrid BCBA – 75% Remote, Flexible Schedules in Fremont, California, United States. Join Our Team as a BCBA (75% Remote!) at Behavioral Health Works!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide monthly supervision to behavior technicians (minimum 5% for RBTs).
- Lead monthly PODS (BT mentorship) to support BT retention.
- Conduct monthly client visits and ensure all oversight and management requirements are met.
- Provide guidance and direction to supervisors and behavior technicians, approve program changes, and offer s.
Requirements
- level Case Supervisors, as well as managing and guiding assigned cases. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities are essential for success in this position.
