Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, assignments will cover specialized areas including level 3 critical care, step down units, the emergency department, and inpatient wards. Opportunities exist for advanced training to join the Critical Care Response Team (RACE) after gaining required experience.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program and hold current, good-standing registration with the CRTO, including successful completion of the HPTC RT Exam. Essential requirements also include BCLS certification and demonstrated proficiency in professional patient and team interactions.
