About the Role

Join MedHealth as a Speech Pathologist - Team Leader in United States. Company Description Hanrahan Health offers multidisciplinary therapy services across the lifespan – toddlers through to aged care. We work in a range of clinical settings including our beautiful clinic spaces, private hospital, residential aged care facilities, schools, homes and via telehealth.

Key Responsibilities

  • lead their assigned clinical team successfully towards the vision and values of the organisation by inspi.
  • develop into clinical leaders, who in turn inspire and support our clients to achieve the best clinical outc.
  • Conduct quality supervision sessions with clinicians in their team Support team members to achieve their cli.
  • Conduct regular reviews of each team member’s performance Ensure quality assurance is maintained across all.
