Requirements

Candidates must possess a Pharmacist Degree and an active Washington State Pharmacist license, along with clinical pharmacy training or a PGY-1 residency. A minimum of two years of pharmacist experience is required, with three years preferred, and experience in ambulatory/clinic-based care or Population Health is highly favored.
