Key Responsibilities

Assess clients’ performance in activities of daily living, sensory motor development and motor coordination activities by measuring clients’ developmental level, muscle strength, psycho

social abilities, and sensory integrative functions. Develop occupational therapy plan of treatment with short

range goals based upon the assessment.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university.

Registered Occupational Therapist licensed by the state of Illinois.

Ability to train direct

care staff in the principles, practices, and procedures associated with OT services for clients. Preferred Qualifications:
