Requirements
- MN Board of Nursing required upon hire ( NP) Certified Nurse Practitioner
- American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification within specialty or Certification as a Physician Assistant
- National Commission Certification of Physician Assistants upon hire required. ACLS
- Multisource required within 180 Days Drug Enforcement Administration required upon hire Active MN NP/PA license (or ability to obtain) Physical Demands Medium Work
