- Place and maintain peripheral IV catheters for infusion therapy needs with ongoing assessment of IV site.
- Prepare medication for IV administration as ordered.
- Administer IV therapy via electronic pump with troubleshooting of pump alarms and/or administration via gravity/dial-a-flow tubing.
- Document infusion charting and patient message(s) in EMR system.
