About the Role

The Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor (LPMHC) serves as a member of the Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program (BHIP) in multiple Texas VA locations including Corpus Christi. This permanent full-time role provides comprehensive mental health care to veterans.

Key Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and treat veterans within BHIP.
Coordinate care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Provide psychotherapy and mental health treatment.
Participate in program evaluation and outreach.

Requirements

Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor credential.
Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.
Credentialing and suitability clearance.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $63,476 to $99,835 per year.
