About the Role

Join UnityPoint Health as a Respiratory Therapist – Sign-On Bonus, Night Shift in United States. Overview UnityPoint Health - Fort Dodge, IA FTE: 0.9 (Full-time, 36 hours per week)Shift: 7pm-7am with every other weekend and holiday Eligible for $20,000 Sign-on Bonus!

Key Responsibilities

Assess respiratory status through exams and medicalrecord review, providing appropriate care across neonatal to adult populations.

Administer respiratory therapies including medical gas delivery, nebulization, chest physiotherapy, airway management, and invasive/noninvasive ventilation.

Perform diagnostic procedures such as ABG collection/analysis, pulmonary function testing, and pulse oximetry.

Monitor patient responses to therapy, adjust treatments as needed, and escalate concerns to the care team.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Requirements

Requires an associate or bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy from an accredited program. Must hold current licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner and possess BLS and ACLS certifications.
