Key Responsibilities
- Oversees the clinical operations of the employed physician practices.
- Maintains the objectives and strategy for the department and ensures they are linked to the Medical Center's objectives and strategies.
- Responsible for training, competency and coordinating all clinical duties for the non-physician staff.
- Ensures consistent communication will all staff, including administrative staff and physicians.
Requirements
- License/Registration/Certification NA Education Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree in related area is preferred.
- Experience 10 years of experience in Managed Care.
