About the Role

Join NewVista Behavioral Health as a Outpatient Therapist – Day Shift in United States.

Key Responsibilities

• provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a warm and supportive environment.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using CBT/DBT/trauma‑informed approaches.

• Coordinate care with PCPs, schools, courts, and community supports as appropriate.

• Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.

Requirements

• For Master’s degree with state license (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LMFT).

• Experience with SUD, co‑occurring, or severe mental illness preferred.

• Strong telehealth etiquette and documentation skills.
