About the Role

Join EPIC Health System LLC as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN/FNP ) – English/Spanish Bilingual in United States. Family Nurse Practitioner – Lead the Future of Patient Care Location: On-site in Cicero, IL Pay: Base pay of $100,000-140,000 based of experience + up to $9,000 in quarterly performance bonuses. Bonus eligibility and structure may be updated periodically in alignment with company programs.

Key Responsibilities

Own patient care: Examine patients, gather health histories, and evaluate their physical condition to make informed diagnoses and treatment decisions.

Collaborate with physicians: Prescribe therapy or medications with physician approval and coordinate care to deliver comprehensive treatment plans.

Lead diagnostic efforts: Administer and interpret diagnostic tests (x

rays, EKGs, lab work) to get to the heart of the issue.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $100,000 to $140,000 annually.
