Join HOSPICE SAVANNAH INC as a Registered Nurse (RN), Hospice Admissions, Full-time in United States. Job DetailsJob Location: Hospice Savannah Inc. - SAVANNAH, GA 31406Schedule: This position rotates every other weekend.
Key Responsibilities
- must be able to accurately, timely and concisely document the patient/family encounter using a computer.
- provide nursing care to patients and families in all settings.
- provide care in what has been determined by local authorities as a high-risk crime area and unsafe situation.
Requirements
- QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, BSN preferred with a current GA RN License.
- Minimum of one year of RN experience in hospice, oncology, med-surg or home health providing direct patient care required.
- Hospice or Oncology certification preferred.
- Current CPR certification, valid driver's license, automobile Insurance and reliable transportation required.
Work Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
