About the Role
Join RHA Health Services, LLC as a Behavioral Health Direct Support Professional Floater in United States.

Requirements
- Float DSPs hired must have a minimum of 2 years of direct caregiving experience in an IDD setting; with behavioral health experience preferred for some units.
- Float DSPs will be expected to complete all required training and competency checklists for the homes, clients, or units they may work in.
- Float DSPs are responsible for keeping all required licensure, certifications and CPR certification current.
- Float DSPs must complete all required RHA and unit specific annual competencies when due and this information should be recorded in Workday.
