Requirements

  • of 2 years Nursing experience in Primary care preferred.
  • New to Practice may considered with strong clinical training in Weight and Wellness and/or Primary Care Education: 1.
  • Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required.
  • Licensures/Certifications: 1.

  • Comprehensive Weight and Wellness Shift: Full Time, 40 hours/week. Monday

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position.
  • Day shift only - no nights.
