Key Responsibilities

• AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Provides drug information and answers to inquiries from patients, caregivers, nurses, physicians, nurse practitioners, dieticians, and other health care providers.

• · Clinical monitoring, care planning, and assessment of patients’ medication therapy.

• · Programs and checks infusion pumps; troubleshoots issues and concerns with nurses, patients, and caregivers.

• · Develops and maintains sterile compounding mixture worksheets as per OCP/NAPRA guidelines.

Requirements

• call situations outside of core hours.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Call responsibilities required.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
