Join Bayshore as a Pharmacist – On Call Required in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Provides drug information and answers to inquiries from patients, caregivers, nurses, physicians, nurse practitioners, dieticians, and other health care providers.
- · Clinical monitoring, care planning, and assessment of patients’ medication therapy.
- · Programs and checks infusion pumps; troubleshoots issues and concerns with nurses, patients, and caregivers.
- · Develops and maintains sterile compounding mixture worksheets as per OCP/NAPRA guidelines.
Requirements
- call situations outside of core hours.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Call responsibilities required.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
