About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective patient care using approved therapy techniques and procedures
- Evaluate patients’ functional levels, treatment needs, and progress toward goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders
- Supervise Speech Therapy Assistants (STAs) and coordinate patient care
Requirements
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in OH
- Minimum of 1 year of SLP experience preferred
- Current TB test (within the last 12 months) and CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Salary: $75/visit
- 21 days PTO.
