Key Responsibilities

• & SCOPE Registered Nurse (RN) works as part of the AO team to promote a safe and healthy living environment for consumers in their own homes, or AO contracted or managed homes.

• Will perform physical health consultative support for individuals of Adult Outpatient.

• Implement and participate in the Individual Plan of Care/ Treatment Plan.

• Liaison with other community health service providers.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse in Vermont, RN preferred.

• Prefer at least three-year’s experience working in a mental health setting.

• Prefer experience in a leadership role.

• Ability to effectively interface with a wide range of medical and professional clinicians in hospital/clinic settings.

• Salary: $59.5K - $80.5K
