Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Physical Therapist – Per Diem, Weekend Admissions in United States. Home Health (Visits) Weekend Admissions Physical Therapist Per Diem Great Flexibility and Work/Life Balance!!

Key Responsibilities

Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories and conduct Start of Care (Admissions) visits.

Develop and implement appropriate individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions.

Continually assess and revise the Physical Therapy - PT care plan, and participate with nursing in the multidisciplinary care plan, as appropriate.

Requirements

A current New Jersey Physical Therapist License.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $68 - $75/point

401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

Per Diem position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
