Job Description

Job Title: Field Medical Operations Lead, Rhino, Gastro, Allergy, US Medical Immunology Location: Remote/Field About the Job Join the team transforming care for people with immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological conditions. In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs. Our Sanofi Immunology Medical Affairs function serves as a valued strategic partner with Clinical, Commercial, Regulatory, and Market Access on therapeutic solutions to support patients’ needs. We aim to transform medical practice, deliver innovative and actionable data to providers and payers enabling timely patient identification and driving the urgency to act on debilitating immunological disorders. The Field Medical Operations Lead, RGA, will report to the Medical Operations Director and will work with the respective US Medical Immunology Franchise team to provide operational support for various medical activities and programs. This individual will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the timely execution of various launch activities including management of budget, tools, processes, and reporting. The Operations Lead will work together with alliance and franchise counterparts to ensure alignment of various medical activities (advisory boards, core team meetings, communications, budget tracking, medical planning activities, field medical systems/reporting etc) to ensure timely execution of the medical plan in a cost-efficient manner. In addition, this individual will support project management and pull through for relevant global cross-GBU initiatives. This position will also identify and support process improvement and general project management to ensure successful completion of projects/initiatives according to timelines and associated budgets.
