About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Adheres to standards of nursing practice of McLaren Flint, which consists of systematic approach to nursing practice by using nursing process.

Assesses and documents patient’s status on admission and continuously thereafter including procedural areas Develops written plan of care, including long and short range goals and nursing actions.

#LI-MB1 Inpatient Units: Required: · Licensed as a Registered Nurse to practice nursing in Michigan.

· BLS · ACLS Certification within 6 months of hire or transfer for units specified: 2 Central, 4 Central, CCU, ICU, PCU, ER, and 12 South Additional.
