About the Role

Join VitalCheck Wellness as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in United States. Per Diem Nurse Practitioner Location: Du Quoin, Illinois 62832. Job Type: Per Diem Independent Contractor, 1099 Contract.

Key Responsibilities

Provide skin checks and skin cancer screenings.

Consult with patients to understand their dermatological health concerns.

Advise/ refer patients for follow-up care.

Requirements

Active clean Nurse Practitioner license to practice in Illinois.

Active BLS/ ACLS certification required.

Minimum 3 years of direct dermatology experience following post graduate training.

A collaborating physician is necessary unless state requirements for independent/autonomous practice are met.

Benefits & Compensation

Hourly rate: $140/hr.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Day shift only - no nights.
