Requirements

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Doctor of Medicine degree from an AMA certified school of medicine or a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an AOA approved school of osteopathy.

Successful completion of a residency program in a primary care discipline (family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics).

Licensed as a physician in the State of Virginia.
