Requirements

A minimum requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent, along with obtaining BCLS certification within 120 days of hire and clearing the Family Care Registry. Candidates must also meet Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) training requirements or demonstrate competency through specific educational or professional experience criteria, such as enrollment in a nursing program or prior experience as a nursing assistant.
