Key Responsibilities

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the delivery of services and working collaboratively with all members of the interdisciplinary team.

Provides therapeutic counseling for patients, families/significant others, as well as members of the interdisciplinary team to enhance coping and functional skills.

Requirements

3 years of acute care experience.

Work Schedule

Per Diem position.

Day shift only - no nights.
