Key Responsibilities

• Develop a relationship with juvenile judges and probation officers as well as program directors offering appropriate services

• Perform evaluations and intakes, group and individual therapy on a short term basis, family support and crisis intervention services to consumers within the program

• Complete accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Masters degree or above in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing or other behavioral health area

• Completion of a relevant clinical practicum or has six month’s post master clinical experience supervised by a master’s level or above clinician with two years postgraduate clinical experience.

• Should have (1) year experience working with children/adolescents and shall receive 10 hours of specialized training to be completed within one (1) year from the date services started being provided.

• Must be willing to obtain AADAA certification within 30 months of hire.
