Join BridgeWay Home Health as a Occupational Therapist – PRN – Per Visit Rate in United States. Description Occupational Therapist – OT– Home Health – PRN Dekalb / Gwinnett counties and surrounding area Offer Pay-per-Visit Rates - $65.00 to $120.

Key Responsibilities

  • will be responsible for conducting one-on-one patient care and patient/family teaching in the home setting.
  • will work directly with patients in their residence implementing therapeutic interventions to optimize their functional abilities per Plan of Care to promote safety and independence in the home setting.
  • provide compassionate home-based care.
