Join MedHealth as a Occupational Therapist Team Leader – Flexible Schedule, Rural NSW in United States. Company Description Hanrahan Health offers multidisciplinary therapy services across the lifespan – toddlers through to aged care. We work in a range of clinical settings including our beautiful clinic spaces, private hospital, residential aged care facilities, schools, homes and via telehealth.

Key Responsibilities

lead their assigned clinical team successfully towards the vision and values of the organisation by inspi.

develop into clinical leaders, who in turn inspire and support our clients to achieve the best clinical outc.

Conduct quality supervision sessions with clinicians in their team Support team members to achieve their cli.

Conduct regular reviews of each team member’s performance Ensure quality assurance is maintained across all.
