About the Role
Join FutureCare as a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC)-MDS Coordinator in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- What you will do: Oversee and coordinate the development and accurate completion of the MDS in accordance with current RAI processes, Federal and state regulations.
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team and monitor clinical documentation to provide accurate and timely MDS scheduling and completion.
- Partner with IDT to evaluate Quality Measures.
- Review completed MDS assessments for accuracy, to include utilizing MDS software to review any coding inconsistencies and opportunities, prior to locking MDS assessments.
Requirements
- oriented nurses who are team players, with: Active RN licensure to work in Maryland (Maryland or Compact State). 3+ years’ experience as an MDS
- Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator to include ICD
