About the Role
Join Housing Works as a Nurse Practitioner – Community Health, $140K - $150K in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Assesses and interprets medical and psycho
- Consults with or refers clients with abnormal conditions or other medical, psychological or social problems to the collaborating physician or other appropriate referral course when indicated.
- Orders medications.
- Follows established treatment guidelines as indicated by Health Center protocols.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice as a NYS Nurse Practitioner.
- Licensed and currently registered as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a Nurse practitioner
- Experience and knowledge of HIV/AIDS primary care preferred.

- 30 days PTO.
