About the Role

Join Sanford Health as a Neurologist – Large Health System in United States.

Key Responsibilities

must be able to demonstrate active involvement of inpatient services to be at least 50 patients in the last 12 months.

must be able to demonstrate active involvement in the care of 50 patients in clinical practice in the last 12 months.

provide consultative services, evaluate, diagnose, and provide nonsurgical care to patients of all ages pres.

provide his/her residency logs and a list of completed rotations, as applicable.

Requirements

The applicant must be able to demonstrate active involvement of inpatient services to be at least 50 patients in the last 12 months.

OR If a quality profile is not available from the hospital(s) where the applicant currently has privileges, documentation of the applicant’s clinic activity for the last 12 months is required.
