About the Role

Join Adelphi Staffing as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • district behavioral services and direct support to students as identified by the District.
  • Assist the supervising BCBA with behavioral observations and support the development of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs).
  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA.
  • Deliver structured teaching sessions, verbal behavior programming, and discrete trial instruction.

Requirements

  • Active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA) certification.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience providing behavioral services in a school or related setting preferred.
  • Must work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in accordance with BACB guidelines.
  • Experience supporting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position.
