Key Responsibilities

• will be providing emotional support, with the goal to help patients live their final days with dignity and comfort.

• conduct appropriate supervisory visits which allow for clinical observation of performance of assigned team.

• provide feedback to the team for regular interdisciplinary group meetings; on the development, review and re.
