Key Responsibilities

will be providing emotional support, with the goal to help patients live their final days with dignity and comfort.

Provide one-on-one care in the comfort of home Support patients and families with dignity and heart Spend re.

conduct appropriate supervisory visits which allow for clinical observation of performance of assigned team.

provide feedback to the team for regular interdisciplinary group meetings; on the development, review and re.

Candidates must be a current Michigan Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, preferably with at least one year of Home Health or Hospice nursing experience, though experience is not required. Applicants also need an updated TB test, current CPR certification, and the ability to travel within a 30-mile service radius.
