About the Role
Join PSS as a Part-Time Outreach Social Worker in United States. Make a difference in the lives of older adults, their families and the community in The Bronx. For over 60 years PSS has performed vital and important work – through its 10 senior centers, caregiver services, and affiliated programs, the agency touches the lives of over 2,000 people a day.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute dynamic and engaging outreach events across Community Districts 9, 10, and 11 of The Bronx.
- Maintain, track, and be able to report effectively on all outreach activities completed, and all new partnerships built within the community.
- Facilitate effective public education activities, which engage new community members, as a source of new referrals to the Case Management program.
