LifeStance Health is seeking Adult or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists in Wilmington, DE for full-time or part-time outpatient hybrid roles. This position offers flexible scheduling with no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care
• Medication management and therapy
• Telemedicine and in-person care

Requirements

• Fully licensed in one or more US states
• Board Eligible/Board Certified
• Unencumbered DEA license

Benefits & Compensation

• Competitive salary $360,000 to $410,000 annually
