Job DetailsJob Location: St. James - Lutcher, LA 70071Position Type: Full TimeJob Category: Speech Language PathologistSpeech Therapist (ST) Reports To Director of Rehabilitation Job Summary Diagnoses and treats patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities

& Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic evaluations of speech, language, swallowing.

Develop and implement therapy plans.

Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers.

Requirements

Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC

SLP) preferred. Current state license. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Language Pathology from an accredited program is required. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC

SLP) from ASHA when eligible. A current state license to practice as a Speech Therapist is required and must be maintained in good standing. At least one year of clinical experience is preferred.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.
