Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop, implement, and revise Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) aligned with IEPs, 504 Plans, and I&RS Plans.
- Provide direct behavioral services, including intensive instruction, verbal behavior programming, discrete trial sessions, and individualized student interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, district staff, and families through classroom observations, consultations, and parent training to support effective behavior planning.

- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Minimum of one (1) year supervised experience as a Behavior Analyst.
- Demonstrated experience providing behavioral services within public school settings under IEPs, 504 Plans, and/or Intervention & Referral Services (I&RS) Plans.
- Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
