About the Role

Join Adelphi Staffing as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop, implement, and revise Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) aligned with IEPs, 504 Plans, and I&RS Plans.

Provide direct behavioral services, including intensive instruction, verbal behavior programming, discrete trial sessions, and individualized student interventions.

Collaborate with teachers, district staff, and families through classroom observations, consultations, and parent training to support effective behavior planning.

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Minimum of one (1) year supervised experience as a Behavior Analyst.

Demonstrated experience providing behavioral services within public school settings under IEPs, 504 Plans, and/or Intervention & Referral Services (I&RS) Plans.

Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
