About the Role

Join Compass Health Center as a Group Therapist – On-Site, M-F Schedule in United States.

Key Responsibilities

will spend the majority of your time with our patients facilitating evidenced based groups using modalities like CBT, DBT, and ACT.

will work with patients aged 12+ in our Mood & Anxiety Program and OCD Programs.

provide exceptional care, we’d love to have you on our team.

provide the opportunity for cross-training in our specialty areas, such as Trauma, Mental Health and Substan.

Requirements

Candidates must be a Psychologist or Master’s level therapist passionate about group therapy and collaboration, possessing core skills in CBT and DBT. Prior experience in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, inpatient hospital, or residential settings is preferred but not required.
