Key Responsibilities

Providing clinical intake assessments and application of screening tools and rating scales for use in treatment planning

Data collection and documenting utilizing EPIC

Providing individual therapy and group facilitation and psychoeducation according to a variety of theoretical models and best practices

Collaboration and clinical support to colleagues to meet the needs of the patient population serviced and to provide integration and continuity across the care continuum
