The Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Youth Care Worker at The Oaks Academy in Brownwood, Texas✨ Seeking Bilingual (English/ Spanish) talent Join us as we celebrate the opening of our new, all girls program.
Key Responsibilities
- provide services and mentorship.
- provide safety and around-the-clock in person supervision of youth at a secure residential facility.
- provide for the physical, personal and health needs of each youth through individual counseling and skill de.
- provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the youth’s needs; monitor and document behaviors and activities.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $17+/hr
- 401(k) with employer match.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
