Occupational Therapist - Outpatie

The Occupational Therapist assesses, plans, organizes, and participates in rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformity following disease or injury. This role involves implementing evidence-based care plans, educating patients and caregivers, and monitoring outcomes to help patients achieve functional goals.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and must hold a current Occupational Therapist License in the State of Florida and a BLS for Healthcare Providers certification upon hire. Required abilities include excellent communication, organizational, documentation, and customer service skills, along with maintaining current knowledge of industry best practices and regulations.
