About the Role
Join IntraCare Health Center as a Advanced Practice Provider – $180K+, M-F Schedule in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- minute visit templates Actively address care gaps (HEDIS) and ensure accurate HCC/RAF documentation at every visit Ensure patients receive all appropriate preventive screenings and follow
- hour lunch 30 minutes protected administrative time for chart closure
- 5 hours clinical time (approx. 23 visits) 1-hour lunch 30 minutes protected administrative time for chart closure
Requirements
- C license in the state of practice Minimum 3 years post
- graduate experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine (Urgent Care–only experience is not sufficient) Prior experience in value
- based care (HEDIS, RAF/HCC coding) strongly preferred Experience with Athena EMR highly preferred Comfortable in a high
- volume environment (23+ patients/day)
