- Large Orthopedic and ERAS pathway practices with regional anesthesia (experience not required)
Benefits & Compensation
- High variety of cases with varying complexity: General Surgery, Orthopedics, healthy Pediatrics, Urology, Endoscopy, GYN, Cath Lab, Plastics, Neuro, and Vascular cases
- Medical supervision with high degree of autonomy and great working relationship with Anesthesiologists
- W-2 employment with full benefits to include matching 401k, malpractice coverage, and health insurance
- Salary comparable to regional average with escalating pay in first 3 years; overtime also available
- Vacation starting at 4 weeks plus 1 week of CME; vacation time increases with tenure
- Annual CME allowance of $2k
Work Schedule
- FULL TIME & PRN OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE
- Historically low MD/CRNA turnover rate
- Scheduled shifts with no call/no weekends and opportunity for promotion to call position, if desired
